| I don't
have a web site - can you build one for me and how do
you go about it? |
Yes. We begin with a
template as we already have most of the information
necessary from our existing clients. We will
need you to send us what you would like on the intro
page or we can write something for you. You
will need to send us information re the services you
want added or deleted and the people you want added
as well.
The benefit of this is that you will have a web site
in a matter of days that will be advertised
immediately.
From there we ask our clients to consider the
changes they want made to the appearance of the site
and to let us know how they want the site to look.
We will then work with you to make the changes as
necessary. |

| There are two reasons.
Firstly because our clients like the way the site
looks and don't feel there is a need to change.
Secondly, we can only change the appearance of the
site if you tell us what you want the site to look
like. If you don't give us instructions then
we cannot possibly guess at what you may want. |

| Yes. As soon as other
professions choose to use our service we will add
them to our directory. |

| If you have an existing site,
then the fee is $30 a month. You will manage
your own site and make all changes/additions
yourself. You will also be responsible for the
hosting of your site. |
If we build the site, there is
an initial establishment fee of $100 to build the
site and a monthly fee of $60 which includes hosting
fees (providing the site is hosted with the server
or our choice), management of site
(changes/additions) and inclusion in the Qwiklink
Directory.
Please note that to establish the site, we will use
a template (unless you already know what you want
your site to look like and can give us detailed
instructions) and will rebuild the site over time as
you direct us.
As part of building the site, we will research the
information we need to ensure the quality of the
information provided to the public. |

| We don't have a formal contract.
You can leave whenever you like. Please note
however, that if we build the site, then the site
remains with us and the content (including
format/layout/researched information and pictures we
provide) remain our property. |

No you don't own the site and
Yes, you are only renting from us. We
appreciate that this arrangement will not suit
everyone and that is fine, if you wish to own your
site then you will need to pay someone else to build
the site and we will still list it for you.
The benefit of our arrangement is that you do have
to do anything about the site. We manage,
maintain, host and look after the site completely
for you. This means that you do not have to
devote either your own or a staff members time which
would take you away from what it is you do as a
profession. |

As we pay our bills monthly we
prefer our clients to set up an automatic deduction
via internet banking however this is not always an
option for you so the following payments plans are
available:
Monthly payment via internet banking upon receipt of
our invoice (payment strictly 7 days).
Cheque payments are available but only quarterly,
half yearly or annually (Payment strictly 7 days).
Please note that we have no tolerance for people who
don't pay on time or bounce checks. We have a
business to run and bills to pay as well. We
believe this is fair. |
